Salt and pepper, cooking oils, spices, food, beverages. Coffee filters (basket filter). Paper towels. Laundry detergent. Towels. Bedding. Cleaning Fee is added at the end of your stay. 

A 25% first payment is required, minimum $ 400.00 to secure your reservation. This amount can be paid using Mastercard, Visa, Interac or Paypal.

Balance is due 15 days prior to arrival at the chalet. If the balance is not paid 15 days prior to your arrival date, we will have to consider that you have decided to cancel your reservation.

Your first payment is non-refundable upon cancellation, since we do not accept any other bookings for your reservation. If the cancellation occurs for reasons such as a death in the family, accident, or anything similar 15 days prior to arrival, the reservation fee can be applied to another reservation at a time of your choice (in the next 2 years), depending on availability.

A security deposit may be waived if you have booked using a VISA or MASTERCARD, and you agree to be responsible for any damages. If paid by Paypal a security deposit of up to $ 2000 dollars for the chalet may be required and is payable on your arrival date in cash, by VISA or MASTERCARD. This amount will be reimbursed by mail, VISA or MASTERCARD one week later at the most if no damage occurs.

If your booking at ChaletMontSteAnne is during December 1rst to April 15th and cancel due to ski closures 15 days prior to arrival, we will reimburse your entire payment.

For high school graduations or for young adults wishing to book in June, a parent or teacher must have a written agreement to supervise the group for the length of the stay.
